Ok, so I realize I've been INCREDIBLY lacking on the entries, I just haven't really been in the mood to write I guess.

Oh, and regarding Andrea asking for my LJ address, I have a confession... I don't really have one lol, I just wanted to try and make an (obviously lame) excuse for not writing. Rather than writing about EVERYTHING I've not been able to jot down in here though, lol, I'll just catch you up on how things have been with me the last 2 weeks.

Naturally, I have to first take the time to get my Harry Potter excitement out, so....

*SQUEE* BOOK 6 IS OUT TOMORROW!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!

I went and checked the tracking on my book at Amazon.com, and according to them the book has been in Nampa since 5 this morning... but of course they can't deliver it until tomorrow. When I get that thing, I'm going to rip the mofo open like red hot nothing.

Anyways, onto a (more-or-less) 2 week recap!

- Monday (July 4): I had to work during the day, but we were off by 6 so it wasn't that big a deal. I hopped in the pool for a VERY short time (it was kind of chilly by then), then Jason came over and we hung out the rest of the night, while catching him up with the rest of Season 4.

- Tuesday (July 5): Jason came over again, and we hung out for a while. The only productive thing we did was start our new "Degrassi" parody, which should be a blast to work on.

- Wednesday (July 6): I actually don't remember what happened that day, aside from Jason coming over. I think that's the night he fell asleep for 2 hours actually, lol... I had to finally wake him up and tell him to go home.

- Thursday through Saturday (July 7-9): All 3 days were work, as usual. Eric and Andrea were up for Warped Tour with their friends Maura and Noe though, so we hung out up at their place all 3 nights. Saturday was the best though, 'cause we did karaoke and such. Always a good time.

- Sunday: The usual Sunday stuff.... trip to the grocery store, and then wasting the rest of the night away online. There was a big DB chat though, lol what an adventure THAT was.

- Monday and Tuesday: Once more, the usual work stuff. There was a bright side though: MONICA QUIT! YAY!!!! I never did like her, she abused her position so badly.

- Wednesday: Jason came over (as he has been doing A LOT the last couple weeks), and we watched TV for a while. I got my Christmas stuff from Jerm finally (lol yeah I know, WAY late), and let me tell you -- those Smarties kick some M&M ass. Yay for Canadian candy! Emma also came by and showed us her new car, and then after she left Jason and I hung out a while before he went home.

- Yesterday: Jason and I met up about 1 PM or so and got lunch, then we drove over to Boise and went to the Record Exchange where I got a couple of Fleetwood Mac 45" records, one of "Tusk" and one of "Seven Wonders". (the b-side to that, "Book Of Miracles", is fricking gorgeous. Recommended listening.)

After we finished there we ran over and picked up Heather (who wanted to come hang out with us), then went over to BSU so Jason could get some information on campus apartments. Then we ran over to Boise Towne Square just to walk around for the hell of it and look in a couple stores, and after that it was back to Heather's apartment to sit for a minute. Her and Sean had a dinner to go to though, so me and Jason parted ways, and I came home and listened to my new 45s, as well as a couple of other choice vinyl albums, then spent oodles of time online the rest of the night.

- Today: I got up at like 1, and spent most of the day reading "Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix", to refresh my memory in preparation for the new book. I stopped about 7 or so and got online, which is where I've been since.

What's Ahead: Well for one thing, tomorrow I get the new HBP which will make me scream with utter glee. YAY! I have to work for the weekend (totally sucks), and then I should be getting my next week's schedule tomorrow as well. Oh, and I'm lobbying to get a week off of work for a vacation, but I have to find out how much paid vacation I have coming to me first. So wish me luck on that too!
